1-We do not accept aggressive dogs or cats in our facility for the safety of our staff and other clients in our care.
2- We do not accept clients that are being treated for serious illness and are sick or unwell at the time of boarding. We will administer medications for ongoing treatments that are under control and prescribed by a veterinarian at time of boarding.
3-We do not put your dog with anyone else's dog. If you own two that can eat together and get along well they can stay in one room, if not, they will be in separate rooms, side by side, and can go to the exercise yard together.
4- We do not accept puppies under 3 months old. All puppies must have their first set of vaccinations as well as Bordetella (8 week vaccines, 12 week vaccines)
5- Please respect our business hours. They are set for a reason. We need time to concentrate on our commitments to the pets in our care, when we don't answer the phone we are busy with the animals, we will return your call if you leave a MESSAGE.
